About the property
Villa Magdalena is brand new accommodation that was built in 2022. It is ideal house for family's with children and/or group of friends.
Villa is located 1km from center of Kaštel Sućurac, 11km away from Split and 1,8 km away from beach. Villa has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen and living room and is ideal for accommodation for up to 8 people. All around house is private big garden with beautiful heated swimming pool,barbecue and children playground. House has private parking for 4 cars.
Villa has capacity of max 8 people (including kids). The owner needs to be informed in advance about number of guests. One of the bedroom has baby crib that can host baby up to 3 years for free.

If the guest does not adhere to our house rules, they will be asked to leave the villa without a refund. Check-in: • Upon your arrival at the villa, present your ID card or passport for registration at the tourism office. • On the day of arrival, the guest is required to pay the remaining balance of the total reservation price. • If you are absent for more than 2 days, please notify the host. • The guest should inform the host about the arrival time; otherwise, the guest should check in after 4:00 PM and before 6:00 PM. Cleaning: • Bed linen and towels are included in the price and are changed every 7 days. • The owner is not obligated to clean and tidy the apartment. During your stay, you are required to keep the apartment clean and tidy. Please take the trash out of the house every day. • The landlord has no right to enter the house without prior notice or permission or to touch and use the guest's personal belongings. The landlord may only enter the house without the guest's presence if there is a justified suspicion that the guesthouse or property is in danger, and if there is a justified suspicion of a violation of the house rules. • Pets are not allowed. • Smoking is not allowed in the villa. • It is not allowed to bring flammable and explosive substances as well as substances with a strong or unpleasant odor into the apartment. • Please take care of the rental apartment, turn off electrical appliances and faucets. Especially do not leave the air conditioning on when you are not in the villa, or use it with open windows and doors. • When leaving the villa, please close all doors and windows in case of storms, lightning, or drafts to avoid damage. • Guests who intentionally or unintentionally cause damage must fully compensate the host for the damage. It is not allowed to remove furniture and equipment without special permission. We ask for responsible behavior and actions. Pool and garden: • Dimensions of the swimming pool: 35 m² • Parties and events are not allowed • It is not allowed to swim naked in the swimming pool. • It is not allowed to use glass products near and in the pool. • It is not allowed to eat, drink, or smoke in the swimming pool. • Animals are not allowed to swim in the pool. • Jumping into the swimming pool is not allowed. • It is mandatory to shower before using the swimming pool. • It is not allowed to pee in the swimming pool. Please turn off all the lights in the garden after you have used them. • Please collect all your personal belongings from the garden when you are not using it. • Please clean the grill after you have used it. • Please do not leave kitchen utensils, pots, cups, and cutlery in the garden. You should bring it back into the apartment after using it. Please do not leave any trash in the garden. Cashier: • We kindly ask you to vacate the rooms by 10:00 AM on the day of departure so that they can be cleaned and prepared for other guests who will be checking in after you at 4:00 PM. The keys must be returned at the end of the stay. Cancellation of the reservation: • When any reservation is made, the host or the agency sends the guest the cancellation conditions. Please read it carefully. • The host is not responsible for public areas. (beach, harbor, road etc). The host is responsible for their house (private property) and their behavior. • The discount/refund is only possible if the house description does not match the one on the internet/documented description. If some household appliances are out of order, the owner will inform the guest in advance or upon their arrival. • A refund or discount is not possible if the guest does not like the public areas.• The guest is required to read and explore Kaštela and Kaštel Sućurac.

Absolutely great Villa. We are a family of 7. 2 adults, 4 children and one grandparent. The villa had enough room for us all and we didn’t feel on top of each other. Good kitchen, well equipped. A little bit out of split, and I’d recommend a car. Split, 15 mins in. Split is great. The villa is near Beaches, supermarkets and restaurants - 7/10 mins by car. Only minor downside were villas being built next door and in front. No noise at the weekend but a little drilling from the villas being built out front. Nothing from next door. Pool was lovely. Games/gym room was great. We had quite a few table tennis competitions. Little play park at the back and a lovely bbq hut with seating was a bonus. Overall this holiday was great. Kaštel Sućurac, Kaštel Stari are both great places with beaches and restaurants that are fab. We also visited Krka National Park, Šibenik, Trogir, Klis fortress, and Omiš. Each place was amazing and I’d recommend a visit to all. Znjan city beach was also worth a visit.

De villa zelf,hoe luxe die was. Alles was goed schoon. Je kunt er zelf koken maar ook eten bestellen als je dat wil. Je kunt er wassen en drogen echt ideaal. Dan het zwembad geweldig, mooi redelijk groot zwembad waar ook een verhoging zit voor kinderen, maar deze verhoging is ook gelijk een bubbelbad, dus voor je vriendengroep weer geweldig. Het uitzicht was echt geweldig.

I recently stayed at Villa Magdalena and I can't recommend it enough! The location was perfect, just a short drive from Split, and the villa itself was absolutely stunning. The property was immaculate and the facilities were clean and tidy. But what really made my stay special was the amazing host. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything I needed and was always available to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend Villa Madalena to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing holiday in Croatia. You won't be disappointed!"

Wonderful place, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Open living space connected with the pool, garden with a grill and a beautiful view in all directions really makes an impression. A glass of wine by the pool in the evening is everything one needs from a vacation. Warmest recommendations!
